Crystal Lake is a great deal for the money. I don't understand these bad reviews. I had a financial problem-my problem not management, and they were great in assisting me and seemed understanding. I think the front office is pleasant and professional. I have first hand witnessed some of the people these staff members have to deal with. The two maintenance issues that I have encountered during my stay were resolved promptly and professionally.
I recommend this place.
