I agree I have living in Crystal Lake for 8 months now. I love it. My daughter loves the park and the swimming pool. I feel safe and welcome there. I too have had a couple of minor problems and they have fixed them the same day. Yes the walls are thin but that's any apartment. The office staff is WONDERFUL, they still know me by name. Will renew my lease.
