I would have to agree with the rest of the un happy residents. This used to be an OK place to live but since the owners came to live here they have run it in the ground. They keep firing every good maintenance person they get. Seems like the only one they kept is the drunken grounds man who threw a rock right through my patio window while weed eating. Some Saturday night I can't even sleep because of the police lights. I am leaving this DUMP ASAP. The ones across the street as nicer and cheaper and they can keep there staff. The office staff here is rude......

The person whom wrote this was actually released from his position and that's why he's giving the apartments a bad rating. He lied about his qualifications and could not perform his job duties. Since being released from his position he can not seem to handle the effects of reality. Crystal Lake is a wonderful, peaceful envirnment and very family oriented. Since becoming a resident I have yet to see any police cars on the grounds and i feel safe walking the area. I have found that maintance is very adaquet with their job duties. The grounds keeper is a wonderful, giving person. He's helped make Crystal Lake what it is today.

What kind of drama-fest are you running here? An apartment complex writing responses to reviews and bashing former emplyoees? Bad emplyoee or not keep the drama to yourself and show a little professionalism. I am glad I read this review, It helped me come to the quick decision to pass on crystal lake appartments.
