The Management team for this complex understands the value of what a customer wants. This is not just an apartment, but a home that you look forward to coming home to after a long day at work.
The grounds are maintained and the office team is really concerned that they can provide you with the best service.

Managment should stop posting in this guide. I live in crystal lakes and this place sucks. Weak floors, cheap paint, paper thin walls, and appliances that dont work half the time. The only thing here that isn't cheap is the rent. And then there's the mandatory $40 monthy "cable and Alarm" charge. WTF do I have to pay a amonthy fee for an unmonitored alarm for??? As for cable, I already pay $45 a month seperatly to COX for a cable modem, I dont watch tv at all... Oh And watch out for that $50 Non refundable deposit on move in... On top of the application fee and the $350 refundable deposit they dont pay interest on. Go F. Yourselves Crystal Lake Staff.
