The staff was friendly, professional and new their jobs and how to do them. The grounds were neat and well maintained. The housing was enough for a family of 3 and was well taken care of. Some of the cabinets in the kitchen were to high to use, but a step stool was sufficient. If there were any problems whatsoever it was handled that same day. The owners were both courteous and helpful at all times. We loved Crystal Lakes and were sad to leave.
