I have resided at Eaton Square for almost a year,the management thou may be poor lacking of good customer etiquette, residents for the most are pretty civilized and good in upkeep and friendliness. The rent may be in the high bracket,apts are spacious and grounds are descent. More can be done to area grounds beautification. The animal policy does not seem to be well enforced. Overall management needs to be improved and more residential involvement would be nice.
