I have lived in Eaton Square for over 2 years now. I have switched apartments once due to the loss of a roommate. Both apartments were very nice and huge. The maintenance people are very helpful and will do almost anything. All of my neighbors are great. While there are a lot of college students living on the grounds, people are very respectful. I have had no problems with the office staff. While they are not the most outwardly friendly people, they are definitely not unfriendly or rude. They have been a lot of help to me on multiple ocasions. I would definitely live hear again.
