Grace and April (the managers) seem very nice and sweet when you sign your lease. Soon after you do, they become complete -------. This apartment does a "supply and demand" pricing for each apartment. This means that they have the ability to price gouge whoever they want on a whim. We have lived here for a year, and now that it is time to renew our lease, our rates are going up to $871/month while new residents moving in the same month get a rate of $841. This just goes to show that the apt cares more about getting new renters than it does about keeping the ones they have. And by the way, dont try to discuss anything with April, she will simply yell at you. Stairwells are constantly filthy. We had vomit all over our stairwell for a week before they "cleaned" it..there's still chunks there 2 months later.
