Take my advice and the advice of most of the people reviewing these apartments...LOOK ELSEWHERE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I'm convinced that the office staff, more specifically April is the spawn of the -----. She is rude, demanding, and has absolutely no regard for anyone but herself and the money she swindles out of you. Myself and my husband were accused multiple times of ridiculous things such as yelling at neighbors and throwing bottles at them to having a dog, which she could have easily walked through our apartment to see that we didn't even have a goldfish let alone a dog. When I tried to tell her we have never bothered anyone ever, that we have always kept to ourselves (my husband is in the military for God sakes, he's not going to jeopardize that to throw a bottle at someone we don't even know) and that we did not have a dog she gave me attitude and even yelled at me about it! We also had an incident where someone had broken into 6 or so different vehicles in one night and they never did a thing about it. The stairwells are disgusting and filthy, a railing on one of these stairwells broke in half and fell off and after 5 months still had not been replaced. These people don't care about their residents. When we went to discuss pricing on the apartment the monthly rent amount changed 3 different times within the matter of days. They offer "specials" where there is no security deposit or move in fee...meanwhile I had to pay 950 dollars in order to move into these awful apartments and just found out today that I am only getting 430 dollars back of that. They sent a letter claiming I did not return keys, which I did, and for trash removal and cleaning. The apartment was SPARKLING when I left it, I was also not made aware of any such fees. They are very shady and deceiving. I've known 4 couples, not including us that have moved out of these apartments in the past month alone due to these problems. It's not worth the headache that you WILL get from April. Take your money and business elsewhere, you will get screwed in the end if you don't!

So I'm not the only one April has yelled at! I agree 100% with the stairwells beings filthy and disgusting. We had vomit on our stairwell for 4 days before they half heartedly cleaned it off. Even after power washing today, the stair wells still looked despicable, paint peeling, etc. As for the stairwell handrail, are you referring to building 18? it was broken for about 6 months with half assed attempts to patch it until finally it really broke while i was climbing up the stairs holding onto it. Still no handrail.

April called my boss accusing me of speeding out the gate one day, when I asked her what time, she said 10:00. I was at work at 9:00 until lunch.
