I had read some reviews of Eaton Square before my roomate and I moved in in January, and they all had something negative to say. But, for the short amount of time that we've lived here, I've had absolutely no problems with the staff, location, noise, maintenance....anything. The ladies at the office have been very helpful ever since the day we signed the lease. Maintenance has always been quick to fix any minor problems we have had, like a clogged drain or leaking faucet. Parking is adequate, and most of our neighbors are very friendly. The only thing I do not like is that there is no turning lane in front of the complex, so you have to go all the way down and do a u-turn if you're coming from Davis Hwy. But other than that, I love this complex. The landscape is always taken care of and our apartment was in very good shape when we moved in. Not to mention, we got a very good rate! =) I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
