I've lived here now for less than a year (waiting for lease to expire). From the previous raters talking about the office staff, they were right on target. The office staff is rude and have no clue how to manage a community living complex! The maintenance staff will enter your apartment at anytime they choose or just walk right in without notifying you. As for the interior of the apartments they look nice when you take a tour but wait till you move in and experience the wafer thin walls and cheap cost-cuts throughout! Lets not forget the luxury of having cockroaches and snakes roaming the property. (one good comment I can make is I have never seen any of these in my apartment!)

I really believe the other post about this property being "A Nice Place to Live" or "Great experience" were made by the staff here and probably not a true resident. People who live here are here because they're close to NAS (military) not for the "friendly staff" (which is non-existent) or "beautiful property" (snakes, non-updated landscaping and mud). Take it from me, read the true stories in the rating before you move here. There are plenty of other properties close to here, and I'm about to move to one!

And if the Property Management Company (Arlington Properties) reads this post and the other "real" post, you might want to look into your management (or lack of) team working for you here.
This "Could!" be a great property in a very convenient location!!!!

Ok first of all yes the construction was designed from a cost cutting perspective, however if you call in a service request maintenance will enter your apartment, duh! Not to sound smart or anything but lets think for a second and the management company is not Arlington but Woodruff. Could you be talking about a different apartment community?
