I have lived here for 5 months in 2006 and will be moving out shortly and have got to say that I truly enjoyed my stay here. It was a bit more expensive than other places, especially since I didn't have a roomate, but it was by far the nicest place to live for NAS Pensacola in terms of commute, proximity to the rest of town and the apperance and quality of the complex. If you pay your rent on time and are a decent human being, this place is great. The parking was never a problem and I have a nice sports car that I didn't want to get scratched, and it never was. The insulation in the apartment was very good, my electricity during the peak of August was $73 and I'm on the second floor. I have a nice view out my deck that was the envy of all my friends and I haven't heard my neighbors once. The only complaint I have is that the gas bbq by the pool needs a new lighter, you have to use matches to get it started.
