I moved in here in September of 2007 for four months using a third party company. I don't know if I just had bad luck with my neighbors, but I have not been able to get a good night sleep the entire time I've lived here. I live on a second floor and I can hear every step my neighbors take. If they slam their drawers my apartment vibrates. The construction of these apartments is so poor I'm sure they wouldn't be able to stand a tornado or hurricane. I can also hear people when they go up and down the stairs right next to my bedroom. I work night shifts and it is especially horrible in the morning when everyone is leaving for work at 6-7am using those stairs. If you want to take the risk to live here, go ahead, but make sure you're in a third floor. That would be the only way to do it. I wouldn't live here again even if they paid me...
