Not to sound like a broken record repeating what everyone else said, but the management is all about money. They are greedy and they will cheat you at every chance they get. My husband is in the Marines and we really picked this apartment because of its convenient location to base. BIG MISTAKE! We lived on the third floor and received noise complaints all the time --- when we weren't even home! My husband broke the towel bar and the cost to replace it is $25 ... we went to Lowe's and replaced it ourself for $.99! The same with the drip pans on the stove, $7 a piece to replace through the complex ... $5 for all 4 at Lowe's. Also, the management had been allowing us to overpay for our apartment $10 a month for SIX months before I found out and brought it to their attention.
Noise is also a huge problem, it seems as though someone was always loudly playing their hip hop music in their apartment. The people next to us, the people across from us, the people under us, the people in the building adjacent to ours -- you name it. That should also tell you something about the dynamics of the complex.
We also had a problem with our neighbor. One night the police came knocking on our door very late asking us questions about our neighbor. They later kicked his door in and were prepared with a taser gun but he was not home. They had police all over at a very unreasonable hour. The management would then not tell us what was going on the next day -- which led to a feeling of insecurity, how were we supposed to know if the guy across from us was a murderer or a drug dealer or just some loser who ducked out on child support'
There are way too many problems to list with this complex, it looks really nice but stay far away.

Thank you for writing this review, it will be taken in consideration.My husband is Also in the Marines and we will be moving that way pretty soon- its beautiful and close to NAS but my husband HATESSSSS people who try to rip him off- all we need is another stress.

i also posted a review of this location before my husband and I even moved out. Once we did move out, even more disappointment. We had the walkthrough and the lady said it was perfect. The only thing left was the floor had to be vacuumed because our vacuum was already shipped. Turns out we never got our security deposit back because they charged us $75 for the carpet cleaning (which we knew ahead of time) and then decided that the $15/hour cleaning would take 5 hours, just so that it broke even with the deposit and they wouldnt have to give money back. We scrubbed the house so not sure how it took 5 hours. Major rip off.

As the punctuation and grammatical errors in the above reply are unusually consistent with the numerous "notices" that were placed on our door at Fairfield Lakes, it is only logical to assume the ONLY positive reply was posted by a member of the management. I have a copy of the charge sheet that I am looking at to confirm the cost of the drip pans and the towel bar.

I think that this review is not accurate about the management team or the property. The drip pans are not $7.00 and the towel bar is not $25.00. If there was ever an issue it was always addressed. I think that this review is unfair and is not accurate. Please consider the source of the review before you make your decision. We have had a great experience living here and would suggest it to everyone. When we moved out the charges were very minimal and the entire staff was always nice and friendly. I would suggest this to some one moving to the area especially the military. The staff helped us with anything we needed directions, suggestion??????.ect. I think that the review is probably from a person who is very nasty!!!
