The complex has a very pleasant and well kept exterior, and the apartments themselves have good looks, however this is all a scam. The shades, carpet, flooring, and counter all are of the cheapest quality and light living will destroy them. The kitchen floor is the best example, where oil spattering burns small holes in the floor which the management charges you to replace. All but one of the several post-tenants I know were charged for the carpet, however it is a known fact that they do not replace the carpet afterward. The front gate was only operational for 1 month out of the 14 I lived there. In conclusion, this is the ultimate 'new-renter trap', and known amongst NAS Pensacola as one of the more notorious 'ensign/1lt traps'. There was at least one appeal to have it black listed by navy legal, but they gave in to the tenant's demands. Overall I highly discourage anyone, specifically military, from renting here.
