Yes there are parties here, and yes the people living here are mostly students, but what else would you expect from a place that's so close to a college campus'

I love living here. It's located right next to the UWF campus with its nature trails, library, sports complexes, numerous events, and it's within walking/biking distance of everything you need (banks, food, stores). It's much quieter here than other apartments I've lived in. Utility costs are low and water is FREE! I've never felt unsafe here. There's also a church just across the road that chimes its bells on the hour--making for a really 'quaint' atmosphere.

The staff is extra-courteous, especially the head maintenance guy. And for the negative reviewer who didn't get that deposit back: that was a "NON-refundable deposit", Einstein. Those three little letters before "refundable" mean you don't get it back once you pay it.

I love this place and I highly recommend it to anyone! Great value! Great place to live!
