I would not recommend anyone move into this place unless you don't have a job and want to party every night. There is pretty much loud noise either outside or from neighboring apartments every night of the week. Good luck finding a parking spot when there is a party. People park anywhere they want. Maintenance doesn't fix things in a timely manner. Our AC broke after hurricane Katrina and the guy showed up 2 weeks later with a new filter. We had fixed it outselves by then. It has since broke 3 more times. Our carpet was disgusting the day we moved in. But we're expected to have it steam cleaned before we move out. The management keeps sending out notices about how the partying has to stop and how they put cameras on the property to keep an eye on things. Nothing has changed. There are still parties and noise at least 3 or 4 nights a week not including weekends. The cops say they will send someone out but they don't show up for hours. If you have a job that requires you to get up early, good luck! There is always broken glass all over the parking lot from the idiots who break beer bottles during their parties. I've seen many people get flat tires driving through here. The place is always trashed with people's trash and cigarette butts and who knows what else. This place sucks!
