Parties almost every night, everyone knows one another, great floor plans, washer and dryer included, free breakfast during finals week. It's a college apartment complex, plain and simple. Came finals week things quiet down a lot, and after it there's hall crawls. I loved living there but it is somewhere you could only live for so long. Those days are kinda past me now though they were great. I never lived there under the new management but Gary was pretty cool and the maintenance guy was too. Floor plan was great for roommates with everyone having their own bathroom and closets. You do get shafter on deposits though.
