I've been living inthe fountains since summer of '04. It's been a very convenient location and once upon a time it was a great place to live. Now it's like living in a jail. Penny is the worst landlord there has ever been. Constant bitching from her and unnecessary rules are the only events that occurr here. My roommates have had there rooms painted for years and have agreed to paint it back before we move out in July. It's March and apparently it's a life or death situation if it's not painted today! You WILL regret living here, and I'd advise everyone not to involve Penny in any aspect of your life.

PARENTS DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE INTO THE FOUNTAINS! Sure it's close by and there are some parties, but Penny, the "landlord", will swindle you out of your money, and does not care if you are out on the streets or not. All she wants is your money. If there are any parents reading this, please do not send or sign for your daughter to live here. My father was about to sue this apartment complex, and she was very rude to other mothers that came with me because they wanted to know why teh security deposit can not be taken back if you decide not to live there before you even move in, it is ridiculous. No ther apartment complex does that. I originally moved in with two girls, and they backed out on me. I then tried to find two other girls to replace them with a very short dead line. I found out that one of the girls went in to talk to Penny and Penny told her that she had no idea who I was and that there are no available apartments, and that I was just trying to get my money back. Um, hello, parents reading this! I don't know who this girl is but she is just trying to get her money back. Even if you go and talk to her and she seems nice, she isn't. She was like that when parents were around but belittles and tried to intimedate collge students because she loves having power over them. Please do not let you children live here, and if you're a college student, FIND ANOTHER PLACE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT! I read the other reviews and the were all true now that I am in the situation.
