I have lived in the Fountains for over two years now and I would not recommend it to anyone except college students who love to party. There are constant partys going on here and the noise level at nights is completely unacceptable. The cops have been called here many times since I have lived here in attempts to break partys up. Tentants and/or party goers are constanly defacing the property with broken beer cans and garbage. The pool is always closed because someone has defaced it. Most recently someone has sawed part of the gated fence to the pool off. Maintenace is a joke around here. I had a fridge that had been in the apartment since the 70's and had to fight for 3 months to get a new one once the old one started to break. Due to the way "taking over leases" is handled here, my current apartment has 15 year old carpet and paint and tile in the bathroom falling off. Penny in the office is very difficult to deal with to say the least. While there are laundry facilities on the property, they cost a dollar a load and the dryers almost always required two cycles just to get clothes dry-leaving you to pay three dollars to wash just one load. Even though this complex is cheaper than a lot, it is worth the extra money to move somewhere else.
