decent place, good management,

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Lived here for 4 months. Its not too far from the Navy Hospital and Exchange. That is if you drive since it is nowhere near a bus line and the apartments seem like that they are out in the middle of nowhere. Very quiet. Management did everything right. The rent for a 2 bedroom was $540, which is pretty reasonable for what you get.
