I lived in Hunters Pointe for a year and can highly recommend this place. It is a very nice and quiet complex. The neighbors are nice and friendly. Management is very friendly and responds quickly to any issue you may have. The apartments are a little older, but they are nicely laid out and comfortable. No paper thin walls. Very nice!

I agree with the maintenance response time, but the walls are EXTREMELY thin! I can hear every word the people next door say, it get aggravating sometimes that u feel u have to whisper all day in ur own home. Overall, I'm comfortable here, it's just something I don't think I will ever get used to. Especially, when u can hear everything from people arguing to babies screaming to things being slammed around to who knows what! The one thing I really can't stand is how the kids in my building just run rampid all times of the night, I've called the cops twice already, because that's just plain child abuse... I can't wait til those people leave and I'm sure everyone else in the building feels the same.
