At first the apartment was ok. The lady that I was talking to before I signed the least was pushy. She was telling me that if I didn't put a deposit down she was going to give the apartment to someone else so I didn't have time to look around. I had some problems at first the guy on the first floor would thump his music at 630 in the morning. Then the bug problem started. Silverfish were everywhere so pest control came and took care of that. After I told management 3 or 4 times. Then carpenter ants started to come up out of the tub drain. They had pest control come out but that didn't work. So I went back down I can't even remember how many times. Too many to remember. And every time that I went down to try and get something done about the bugs the management just rolled their eyes at me. I asked if they could move me into another apartment they told me they didn't have another one to move me into when I saw an empty one on the first floor. I had to get out of my lease because they were not taking care of the problem. Then when I told them I was moving out they continually called me at inconvient times and harassed me about when I was moving out. Then when I asked the lady at the office if there was a way to contact the owner of the apartments she said that the owner didn't want to hear it and that I could write a letter. But I am not stupid I knew the letter wouldn't get to them. And if the owner doesn't want to hear it then they should consider doing something else for a living. They are badly in need of some new people to work in the office. Someone who has customer service skills. Not worth the heartache!!

Wow, i completely know who you're talking about! She's of hispanic ethnicity or something-dark hair and eyes. The same was for me moving in. She called me all the time and wanted me to pay everything right then and there beacuse they were going to give it to someone else. I gave them 45 days notice and it only requires 30! The navy packet out my belongings and I still had a week left to clean it before my 30 days was up. They called me stating they saw the moving truck and needed the keys back. I told them I had plenty of time and was cleaning it. I cleaned it for 2 days and walked the keys to them 4 days before the 30 days was up. They called me and told me they took 50 dollars of my security to clean the 1 bed/1bath. Iasked what needed cleaning? I cleaned it for 2 days? She said the stove, LOL-how funny. It cost 50 dollars? She said well I didn't see it, that's what maintenanc said. It so wasn't worth the aggravation. Anyway, it was a good place except for the pool area needs more chairs and could be nicer.
