I stayed here for 6 months. Overall it is a decent place to stay. The management was helpful and the one maintenance call I made was taken care of immediately. Having your mailbox right outside your apartment is a plus but like with most apartments garbage has to be carried to the one dumpster. Each apartment is assigned one parking spot but I often came home to find someone parked in mine and good luck finding one close late at night. There is a fitness center but it's not the best. It has the basics, treadmill, stationary bike, & weight machine. There is a small area with 3 washers/dryers for residents but there are hookups in the apartments. There's a pool, hot tub, 2 tennis courts, & sand volleyball court. It is an older place but seemed to be remodeled recently.
