When I moved in there where no other open apartments in Pensacola but from the outside the community looked nice. I wasn't able to see what I was renting before I moved in but Tanya promised me that there was more then enough storage space in the kitchen and closets. I was told that I had new carpet and would love this apartment. When I walked in I have never been so disappointed in my life. There are four cabinets in the kitchen, a small linen closet, and a walk through closet not a walk in closet. There where stains on my "new" carpet through out the whole apartment. It is advertised as a gated community but the gate has never closed. One night about two months ago a drunk hit the gate in the open position and it still hasn't been fixed. Joe the maintenence man is awsome always around if you need anything and trying to keep the community clean and well taken care of. After talking to many residents none of them had seen the apartment before moving in, and although it may be the perfect community for a college student it just didn't cut it for me.
