If anyone is thinking about moving in here, think again. The management does not seem to know what is going on with their tenants. They are not friendly with you until they have your deposit. You can leave the apartment in better shape than it was before you moved in and you will NEVER see your deposit. You will get a lot of apologies and a mangement staff who has never been nice all of a sudden. Once they have your money, it's theirs for good. BEWARE! If there is absolutely no other place to live, make sure you have a copy of your lease with the exact amount you paid on your deposit. I moved out at the end of 6/06 and it is now 10/18/06 and I have not received a penny I put down. I am not the only past tenant to go through this.
