The service has been horrible, i wish the spacious apartments could make up for the dissapointing lack of amenities and available service, but it doesnt.

THE REPAIR GUY GOT MAD AT ME FOR CABLE PROBLEMS THAT WAS WRONG PRIOR TO MY MOVE IN

MY OUTGOING MAIL HAS BEEN LOST THAT I LEFT WITH FRONT OFFICE

I GOT LOCKED OUT BECUASE SOMONE IN JASMINE CREEK APARTMENT EMPLOYMENT DECIDED TO COME IN AND THEN LOCK MY DOOR WITHOUT ANY PRIOR WARNING OR REPAIRS, THEN THE SO CALLED 24 HR EMERGENCY MAINTAINENCE IS A FARCE WHICH IS RIDICULOUS BECUASE NO LOCKSMITHS IN THIS AREA WILL DO BOLT LOCKS AND ONLY MAINTENCE CAN LET YOU IN.
