Penco Management owned by Law Office Of John H Ruiz, Miami owns this property.
Florida law Title VI 83.49 Sec. 3a states they have 30 days to return security deposit. They also only have 30 days to contest damage to the unit. Once the 30 days is up, they cannot claim damage.

I finally recieved my deposit, after calling for approx. 180 days. I think they just got tired of me.

I would not recommend this complex.
