this complex is run by an unorganized duo of tanya and anita. they will lose your rent check and claim that rent was not paid because they REFUSE to write a receipt for you. i had to go to the bank to get a copy of my statement and check that was used. i still have not received my security deposit and its been 70 days. they claim it takes 30-60 days after moving out. when i called asking about it, for 2 weeks, they said that they sent of forms off. ive called tanya and she refused to give me the number of the main office in miami which is 305-529-8815, instead saying she will look into it and call me back. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK so i had to keep calling them and it is impossible to leave a voicemail cause their inbox is always full. now they are claiming that they lost the security deposit check and telling me that i have to go my bank to show that i paid a deposit. i would not recommend living here. oh and the gated community is a gate that heavily damaged and was for the entire year that i lived there
