Constant problems! First,we were promised that our stained, smelly carpet would be replaced and it never happened-additionally, out of a list of about 15 complaints, at least 13 were NEVER addressed in the 9 months we were there. Secondly, YES THEY DO LEAK- and the mold and mildew were so extreme that our beds and clothes were damaged. We brought it up several times with the management and nothing ever came of it. We never received inside pest control service and were infested with ANTS! The neighbors were a constant cause of grief and nothing ever happened. The noise level alone is reason enough not to live there. As for security- there is an employee who also lives there that stands by the mailboxes with no shirt and often with pants unbuttoned. We lived right there and he STARED at the entire time we were outside, and he would go through resident's garbage after they threw it away. He made me so uncomfortable that we nearly left just because of him. Really, there are too many complaints to even list. We were MISERABLE.
