Before it was Jasmine Park it was awful and cheap. Now that it is Jasmine Park it is awful and the rent went up so they could throw some sod down instead of fixing the washing machines and everything else wrong at this dump. They wouldn't allow my husband to park his motorcycle on the back porch once someone tried to steal it but they would allow the man who lived at the end of our complex to rumage through the dumpster and collect our trash and store it up to the roof of his back porch. They maintence we never had a problem with but everything kept breaking so they could barely keep up with all the work orders. The state of the art gym as another comment stated is composed of machines that are almost always broken. A pool that has so many non-residents swimming in it you maybe can get 1 foot on the step. And if you want to wear clean close don't live here because out of their 10 washing machines 2 work and dryers maybe on a good day 3. Our baseboards were rotted out and no one ever came to fix them. When we told them our window wouldn't lock they slapped a metal post up there so it wouldn't open either. They play ground is filled with ring worms. And on the walkways we were blessed to see a dead rat one morning that didn't get picked up till we called the next day. Our dishwasher leaked to the extreme we though about buying floaties. This place is awful. The management in horrible and rent is overpriced. They need to work on fixing the apartments before they worked on their landscaping
