Horrible

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2000
 
While living in Raintree Apartments I had constant roof leaks. I called to have them repaired and each time they sent someone out to paint over the ceiling, not actually fix the problem. The neighbors let their children play at all hours of the night with no supervision. If you can avoid this place, do it.
