ive lived here for 3 years. i cant afford to go anywhere else, but thats soon going to change as they keep jackin the rent up.
the management is horrible. the associate is fine, but the manager is a stuffy uppity woman that is hard to talk to. everything is your fault.
the pool has so many non-residents in it that you cant get in at times. the residents tear stuff up at the pool and no one cares. the life saving equipment evidently doubles as toys for people to use, because no one polices it. oh, the police... the onsite security NEVER comes when called, you have to call the county sheriff.
they spent tons of money sprucing the place up, but after the last couple of management changes(there must of been 5) its gone back down hill. they will let anyone and everyone in. one neighbor must have 25 people living in the apartment. at least thats how it appears when they invade the swimming pool with all their friends.

the few decent people there that i have met are in the same boat that i am. cant afford to leave but the way they are cranking rent up to match their other complex is rediculous.

do yourself a favor, DONT rent here. find a house instead.

I find it hard to believe that someone would call Lynn or Michelle uppity or stuffy. They have been very nice and helpful any time we have needed anything. If you are so miserable... get another job and go some place else! I have lived here for 8 years and this is the best it has been.

Lynn and Michelle are certainly not uppity or stuffy. They do hwever have to funnel all complaints with professonalism and respect. If you continue to call the police on your neighbors - they will be ask to leave if the problems continue. Please give Michelle and Lynn a chance. Write down your concerns and BE SPECIFIC and objective.
