Villas at Jasmine Park is the worst community I have EVER seen! It is under new management, but they barely speak any English. If you have a problem, they will tell you want you want to hear, then when you leave they will laugh at you behind your back! I have personally witnessed this. And let's not forget about the ASBESTOS and MOLD!!! The city will probably shut the place down soon because the conditions of the building are literally DANGEROUS!!! I have seen some of the units they were remodeling and I can tell you that there is BLACK MOLD in every kitchen and bathroom behind the vanities. The workers (cheap laborers who were probably here illeagally and spoke no English) had to wear masks on their faces so as not to breathe in toxic fumes!The Leasing Agent person changes every few weeks, so you never get anything you were promised (i.e. rent discounts for all your trouble) and every time they get a good manager in there, they are gone when they see the condition of the units up close and the terrible attitude and lack of professionalism from the Owners of the property. The owners are in Miami and I got their phone numbers from the leasing agent, but- surprise!- they NEVER RETURN YOUR MESSAGES!!!

I would sum this place up as a nightmare that nobody needs to go through. There are so many other communities that are right by them and are more spacious, cheaper, and can speak English! Go find one of them!!
