Raintree was an appropriate name for these apartments. It was ok, til it rained. I had water drips in every room. The walls were full of mold. It ruined most of my clothes. Also, clothes were constantly stolen from laundry room if you did not watch them. They tarred the roof and knocked over my ac unit one summer. My apartment was 100 degrees inside. The management was not concerned about problems. One lady was nice, but nothing was done to fix things. I have no idea what they look like now. Hope they got rid of the mold problem with the remodeling though.
