I will never recommend anyone to rent at kings mill. The property is not the problem and never has been, it's always been the staff that has been the weak link to such a beautiful property.
The maintenance crew has always been nice and extremely helpful. I could have asked for better.
The office staff however, is another problem. The manager is a dishonest monster of a person who will tell you one thing and act as if she cares but really doesn't. Kings Mill Apartments would be a brighter place to live if she were gone.

I disagree with the previous comment. I have lived at Kings Mill for 2 years now and the staff has been nothing but wonderful! They are totally energetic, always go above and beyond if I have any concerns and have been working hard after the hurricane to ensure our safety. Shelly, the manager has been like family to me and has shown nothing but honesty and integrity. The resident that wrote the previous comment must have had issues with Shelly while they lived here and decided to bad mouth her. I can promise you that the staff at Kings Mill is a big part of what makes it the best place in Pensacola to live.

The manager now is Danielle. I never knew Shelly (at least I don't think so), but Danielle is great and really cares about residents.
