My apartment caught on fire while I was at work. No one contacted me until 3 hours after it had happened and at that it wasn't even the management. The manager of the property did not even know it had happened since the maintenance staff did not inform her until I went to the office personally. Danielle did not call corporate and find out what needed to be done and let me know. She told me to move everything out that I could salvage and leave the rest. Then conveniently 4 days later after all of my help had left she informed me I needed to remove everything and take it to the city dumpster. On top of that there were no vacant apartments and they informed me they would be keeping my entire months rent even though my apartment burned on the fourth day of the month. Completely uncaring staff!!!! Just an example beside the above, we asked the maintenance man for an extension cord to plug in a fan and he informed us he didn't feel like fooling with that. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Looks can be deceiving.

In response to this letter, management did take care of this situation and in a timely manner. Unfortunatley there are many additional details that this resident conveniently left out and much of this information is either exaggerated or unfounded. We take pride in providing professional service by treating everyone fairly and with the upmost respect. I'm sorry that this person feels otherwise. Sincerely, Kings Mill Management |
