After loosing my house in a hurricane, the office at Kings Mill was quick to accomodate me. I was impressed with the professionalism and promptness of the staff each time I saw them. They knew you by name and made it a point to say hello and smile. The grounds were always kept clean and welcoming. The maintenance never makes you feel as though you are a hassle to them. Quick responses to issues--even if they were minor. The Pool and Hot tub were always kept clean. Even when doing maintenance to the pool and hot tub, they were always quick to get it back to working condition.
