Positives- well kept grounds, parking, and recreation areas
- friendly staff
- nice floor plans with built-in storage
- good size rooms and closets
- great screened in patio and storage closet
- relatively new appliances
- wine rack above fridge is nice, but hard to reach
- fast maintainance
- good parking availability
- AC works well
Negatives - carpeting, cabinets, tile and grout, popcorn ceilings, fireplaces, and fixtures (sinks, showers, and light) all need updating
- dining area crown molding not present in 2nd floor apartments
- lacking counter and storage space in kitchens and bathrooms
- complex gate is often inoperable (does not close)
- staff can be hard to work with at times
