My fiance and I lived here for 2 years and were thrilled with our choice. The units are spacious, well built, well maintained, and we loved it. The only time we heard our neighbors was moving furniture or hanging pictures. We overlooked the pool and thought it was VERY worth the extra $25 a month. From time to time people would jump the fence to swim late at night, but the on property police officer always tossed them out very quickly. We've had to call maintenance twice and both times the guy was there within 3 hours! Super quick and efficient. The girls in the office are nothing but super sweet. They were always good about notifying if they had a package for us etc.
