This has been by far the nicest place I've ever lived. The apartments are spacious and well priced! The screened-in balaconies are great for spring days, or summer nights. The pool looks like your at a resort. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help with anything. I encountered a few minor things (my boyfriend clogged the garbage disposal) and they sent someone right away to fix it. It's nicely landscaped, and even though it's located on busy Davis Hwy, you can barley notice since it's set back off the road. There's a nice playground for the kids, easy access to trash dumpsters and mailboxes. I definitely recommend this place, and would keep living here if not for my job relocation. There is always plenty of parking near my apartment, it's never loud, and everyone is very friendly.
