I have lived here since November 2008 and have to move on due to military orders. For the past 10 months I have been happy and content considering a couple small issues. For the most part though, and I'm talking about 97% of the time, I am extremely satisfied. I really like the staff. Danielle and Noel really hold the fort down with their professional and stern demeanor not to be walked over (as they are pretty cute) and their friendly and cheery attitudes. My hats off to them because they are the ones at the forefront and set the tone for the place. I appreciate their cander and good witt. Anyhoo, on to the other stuff. The pool is kept up very well. The hottub tended to break now and then especially around a few weekends and holidays which made me sad. I like that stuff. But that's life. The gated entry stays opens at least past 9pm. I'm not out later than that so I don't know if it closes later. The landscaping is immaculate and the maintenance staff are excellent. I've put in a couple trouble-calls and they came and fixed it within 24 hours. AWESOME! Plenty of parking. There are covered shelters you can rent as well as garages too. There is a diversity of renters here such as college students, military, retired folk and medical staff at the hospital around the corner. All-in-all, a very quiet and serene place set in the a rolling grass landscape and plenty of trees. Dog owners like it too as there is a dog walk area and clean-up stations throughout the grounds. I am not a dog owner and so barking dogs get on my nerves. Had a few incidences where someone's little yappy dog went on for a while here and there back in the spring but it seemed to have stopped. I recommend this place. The rent is high enough to keep pestulants out and low enough to be reasonable. And I sacrificed living closer to the base (NAS Pensacola) to make the commute of @25 minutes.
