Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
We have leaks in the roof where water pours through to the living room from the 2nd floor, leaks in the washer/dryer room, ant infestations that they blame on "the rain brings them in". if ac is broke, they won't fix it, we've had sparks coming out of the outlets because they didn't close them or check the wiring.
not only should no one ever live here again, but if u do or have, find every possible reason to sue anyone connected with this place. these people are EVIL
