I couldn't possibly say enough bad things about this place. My husband and I thought it would be nice living here. They give a military discount so that would save us some money. Never again. I'll pay the money to live someplace better. When we first looked at the apt. we were getting there were some things that needed fixed. The lady who showed us said they would be fixed before we moved in, yeah right! Not a chance in hell! We constantly complained to management about everything...no good! The roach problems are terrible...it takes a good two months to get someone in here to spray...and it doesn't even help. Our refrigerator leaked for the first three months we lived here...then after threatening to go to legal they replaced it...but the one that it was replaced with was half the size and had no drawers for anything! The carpet is so dirty its ridiculous...there is paint all over the carpets from them spray painting the walls. The water damage we have from hurricane ivan is horrible...of course they won't fix anything. Part of the ceiling in my daughters room has caved in and they still haven't fixed it, she is only 2...what a great environment for her, right! Our storage closet outside is so infested with mold that everything we had in there has been ruined. One of our keys to our apartment has been lost and I have been bugging them to replace the locks -at my expense- and they still haven't...in this neighborhood you need a secure lock so no one can get in. There is nothing but druggies, drunks, and scum here. People are so rude. The people in the office pretend to be nice but they never get anything done. We were here for a few months and they started leaving notices of eviction on our door because they thought we weren't paying our full rent amount. It was because they forgot we were getting a military discount. For the first two months we lived here every weekend the dumpsters right behind us were set on fire...do you think they would do something to catch the person, hell no! And the noise outside is terrible. People screaming and yelling at all hours of the night...car stereos up so loud you can't hear your tv...stay away!!! When they started fixing the outsides of the apts after the hurricane...4 months after...there were roofing nails everywhere. Between my car and my husbands we had to get 6 flat tires fixed. The roofers would just throw shingles and all off the roof right onto your car...my car had many dents from this. I even moved my car away from my apartment and this still happened. Very rude people here! Please please please...stay away from this place. It's not safe and is definitely no place for children.
