Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Granted: these are one of the more cheaper apartment complexes in this part of Pensacola. It shows.
The management staff are horribly overworked and understaffed. Same goes for groundskeeping and maintenance. If you need something fixed (god help you if you do), call the office twice a day until it's done. Only the squeekiest of wheels are going to be cared for in this complex.
I lived at the cracklighter for two years and I was happy enough. I consider myself one of the lucky ones (ie. no mold, no leaks, no hurricane damage).
So, if you're thinking about this place to save 25-50 bucks, forget about it. Spend the extra money for the peace of mind alone.
Oh, and on a side note, it's been 3 months since I moved out and I'm still waiting for my deposit.
