ofr nearly $500 a month this place is not worth it. my next door neighbor was a crack dealer so there were constantly all kinds of scary people coming in and out. the management sucks. there is mold growing in the clowset and now spreading to the walls in the living room. we have contacted management several times and they refuse to do anything about it which poses a serious health risk. asisde from that there is a rat that has chewed several holes through the cabinets. do not ever live here if you have a choice. the management doesnt give a rats ass about its tenants and there are serios safety issues to be considered as they never replace the outdoor lights
