Okay, I''m not sure about the previous post...that person seems pretty uneducated. I lived at Lamplighter a few years ago and I didn't really care for it either. I am black and to say that "if you are black you can live there" is so silly. There are people of many different races that have contributed to the decline of Lamplighter. Poor managment and maintnence are factors also. I have relatives that still live there and it is getting worse due to PEOPLE, not just on specific race, that do not have any sort of pride in themselves or there surroundings.The mangement could do alot more to help the situation also.
