My husband and I lived here from Sept 08 until Apr 09. He was stationed at the Naval Air Base, Pensacola. These are by far the closest apartments to the main gate, maybe a mile from the gate. These apartments are almost brand new, extremely clean and well taken care of. Grounds are kept immaculate! Safety was not an issue at all, the property is located at the end of a dead end road so there is not much thru traffic. Property manager is very laid back and easy to work with. Maintenance man is very nice.
The only thing we had to break was our washer, and he fixed it the same day, no problems! Plenty of parking! The only problem we had was, for the last month, the girl who lived above us was young (18-19)and had frequent parties, which was very noisy. The property manager was in the process of taking care of that when we moved out.
A lot of the residents were military, mostly officers, and with the one exception of the girl above us, everyone was nice, polite and very sociable! It was also very nice being able to walk out the front door and walk along the bay and the dock! I'd definitely recommend The Landing to anyone!
