Owner Charles and manager Mary are very nosy and meddlesome. Apartments are small and dingy, a/c noisy and has residual smell of past tenants who must have been smokers. Still, it's mostly quiet and relatively cheap.

We are happy when unsatisfied tenants leave. She certainly stayed long enough. It's amazing how tenants who pay the rent on time and take good care of the property always seem to like the landlord.
