I do not live at these apartments but rent a house the owner of this complex also owns.
Read these reviews and figure the common denominator.. Every one contains complaints about this jerk. Take it from me, You do NOT want to get involved with this guy.He's a ego-maniac,Anal as the day is long and rude as they come and just a all around jerk. He obeys ZERO landlord/Tenant laws from butting his nose in to illegally entering your house (and bringing in others) and is even a possible suspect in a theft!Since moving in i have found out from neighbors, the internet and even the POLICE that this guy is a big time jerk (The language they used was more colorful however).
Fwiw, to further show his character a RACIST rebel flag waves from a flagpole on his property at 5231 Soundside dr in Gulf Breeze. Go check it out and see. I find it ironic that he makes his living renting these apartments to mostly Low income minority tenants while promoting racism from his home property.

This guy is a nightmare like in "Pacific Heights." He supports himself on the U.S. taxpayer with his Emotional Disability which he claims but won't reveal. He was off his meds when he ruined all the floors in a 3 bdrm house and threatened to ruin the rest. I paid him to leave. It cost me close to 5 thousand dollars to get rid of him and do the repairs. He is emotionally unstable and armed and dangerous. I pity everyone who must deal with him.
